Your files never leave your browser

KiloPDF compresses PDFs entirely on your own device using technology that runs inside your web browser. Your documents are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party. We cannot see, store, or access the files you compress. When you close or refresh the page, the file and the compressed result are gone from memory.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect personal information directly. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this data to identify you.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertising, which helps keep this tool free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
